Bilingual Style Advisor

Summary

Bilingual Style Advisor responsible for building and developing a clientele through personal sales and holistic in-store selling. Role involves delivering exceptional customer service to a luxury menswear clientele, participating in merchandising and store maintenance, and utilizing technology and loyalty programs to drive repeat business. Position reports to the Store Leader at Vaughan Mills and requires fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal sales and holistic selling in-store to build repeat clientele
• Use technology platforms such as WeChat or RedNote to engage Mandarin speaking clients
• Educate clients on Club Harry Loyalty program and drive membership
• Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store presentation
• Prepare for appointments by selecting merchandise and planning add-on sales
• Follow up with existing clientele regarding alterations, fittings, and appointments
• Contribute to new business driving measures using provided resources

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese considered an asset
• Experience in menswear departments including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure preferred
• Strong customer service focus with ability to inspire repeat business
• Comfortable using technology and retail platforms to support customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
