Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Administrator supports boutique operations by coordinating administrative and logistics tasks while ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures. The role helps maintain accurate inventory, paperwork, and audit processes to support a seamless sales and client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliations, cycle counts, and safe organization.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and incoming and outgoing repairs, maintaining accurate tagging.
  • Prepare accounting paperwork and organize weekly and monthly audits.
  • Ensure boutique paperwork complies with company policies and support accurate audit results.
  • Assist with boutique maintenance, supply ordering, vendor communications, and other operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends and flexibility to travel up to 10%.
