Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Administrator supports boutique operations by coordinating administrative and logistics tasks and ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures. The role helps maintain an efficient sales process and seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and incoming and outgoing repairs with accurate tagging.
  • Prepare accounting paperwork and support weekly and monthly audits.
  • Support boutique maintenance, supply ordering, and communication with management and vendors.
  • Ensure paperwork and processes comply with company policies and boutique audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends and travel up to 10%.
