Job Description

Summary

Join the showroom team as a Boutique Administrator, ensuring all administrative areas of the boutique run smoothly and in line with company procedures. You will support the showroom and clients with exceptional service, handle stock and repair administration, and maintain audit and security documentation. This role is client-facing and requires a proactive, well-presented team player committed to delivering an outstanding showroom experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain showroom administration and documentation in line with company procedures and audit requirements
  • Manage stock control, internal stock and repair systems
  • Complete end-of-day paperwork, banking and related administrative tasks
  • Respond to and direct enquiries and process orders efficiently
  • Ensure quality housekeeping and set up of admin areas in the showroom
  • Complete required training via e-learning and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Watch product knowledge preferred
  • Visual merchandising experience desirable
  • Excellent planning, organisational and IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service focus
  • Flexible, adaptable, motivated and proactive with a positive, well-presented demeanour
