Job Description

Summary

Responsible for executing administrative and logistic tasks in the boutique, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures. Supports shipping receiving transfers repairs and maintains 100% tagging accuracy while assisting boutique management with vendor communication and operational needs. Coordinates inventory processes and prepares paperwork for accounting audits and reconciliations. Role reports to the Boutique Director and requires flexibility for evenings weekends and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual inventory daily reconciliation and cycle counts
  • Organize safe contents to ensure a fluid sales process
  • Handle shipping receiving and merchandise transfers
  • Manage all outgoing and incoming repairs with accuracy
  • Prepare and submit paperwork for accounting in a timely manner
  • Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits
  • Support boutique maintenance supply ordering and sales facilitation
  • Ensure compliance with brand security operational and audit procedures
  • Communicate with vendors and boutique management to support operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 4 years of related experience in administration operations or customer service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills SAP knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Valid work authorization for employment in the USA
