- Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
- Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, assisting finance and auditing teams as needed.
- Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies, maintaining accurate audit scores.
- Use clear communication to support Boutique Management and vendor relationships.
- Handle shipping, receiving, managing transfers, and ensure 100% tagging accuracy.
- Support all aspects of operations including boutique maintenance and supply ordering.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
