Boutique Administrator

Summary

Support boutique operations by executing administrative and logistic tasks to ensure compliance with brand security and operational procedures. Manage shipping receiving transfers and repairs while maintaining accurate tagging and supporting boutique maintenance supply ordering and sales facilitation. Report to the Boutique Manager and collaborate with finance and audit teams to prepare paperwork and organize audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping receiving and managing transfers for outgoing and incoming repairs
• Maintain 100% tagging accuracy for inventory items
• Coordinate annual inventory daily reconciliation and cycle counts
• Organize safe and ensure secure merchandise storage
• Prepare paperwork for accounting and submit in a timely manner
• Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits and assist finance and auditing teams
• Support boutique maintenance and supply ordering
• Communicate clearly to support Boutique Management and vendor relationships
• Travel up to 10 percent as required and work evenings and weekends as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with four years of related experience in administration operations or customer service
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred knowledge of SAP
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and flexibility to travel up to 10 percent
• Experience preparing paperwork for accounting and supporting audits
• Attention to detail to ensure tagging and inventory accuracy
