Boutique Administrator

As a Boutique Administrator in Aspen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Boutique Director by executing administrative and logistic tasks. You will ensure compliance with brand security and operational procedures, contributing to a seamless client experience.

• Coordinate the annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization.
• Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
• Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits and assist finance and auditing teams.
• Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies.
• Support Boutique Management and maintain business relationships with vendors through clear communication.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, with flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time.
