Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Administrator supports boutique operations by completing administrative and logistics tasks while ensuring compliance with security and operational procedures. The role helps maintain an accurate, efficient sales process and a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, and incoming and outgoing repairs with accurate tagging.
  • Prepare accounting paperwork and organize weekly and monthly audits.
  • Ensure boutique paperwork complies with company policies and support strong audit results.
  • Support boutique maintenance, supply ordering, management, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience or ability to complete administrative and logistics tasks in a boutique environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory, tagging, and paperwork.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to support boutique management and vendors.
  • Ability to follow security, operational, and compliance procedures.
