Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports a seamless luxury client experience at the Cartier Ala Moana boutique. This long-term temporary role assists with client hospitality, boutique operations, appointments, and maintaining an exceptional environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with appointment preparation, product presentation, and other client needs.
• Support boutique traffic, appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and quick service requests.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with the boutique team.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and ability to meet the role's physical demands.
