Boutique Assistant - Bellagio

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports an exceptional client experience at the Cartier Bellagio boutique. This role assists with hospitality, appointment preparation, client service, and boutique operations in partnership with the boutique team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, support appointments, and help manage boutique traffic and the appointment queue.
• Prepare product presentations, support sales finalization, and provide hospitality and personalized client services.
• Maintain client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with boutique opening and closing activities.
• Handle phone inquiries, appointment setting, quick service requests, and non-sellable stock maintenance.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative, professional boutique environment.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
