Boutique Assistant

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports the boutique team in delivering exceptional, hospitality-led client experiences. This temporary role helps maintain a welcoming, organized environment and supports both client-facing and operational activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointments, assist with client entertainment and product presentation, support sales finalization, and help manage boutique traffic and the appointment queue.
• Maintain client service areas, replenish supplies, assist with phone inquiries and client requests, and support boutique opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with the boutique team to uphold Cartier standards.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience are required; SAP knowledge and additional languages are preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills; ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
