Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports a seamless luxury client experience through hospitality, boutique upkeep, and assistance with front-of-house and back-of-house activities. The role partners with boutique management and sales associates to create welcoming, memorable client interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare appointments, support client discovery and product presentation, and assist with sales finalization, gift wrapping, and client hospitality.
  • Manage boutique traffic, appointments, phone inquiries, and quick client service requests.
  • Maintain visual standards and organization in client service areas, replenish supplies, and assist with boutique opening and closing.
  • Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative, professional boutique environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, and client service skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, travel for training, and meet the role's physical demands.
