Boutique Assistant

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports an exceptional, hospitality-led client experience at Cartier’s Vancouver boutique. This temporary role assists with client appointments, boutique presentation, daily operations, and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support their journey through appointment preparation, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointment tools, phone inquiries, and client service requests.
• Maintain boutique presentation, replenish supplies, organize client service areas, and assist with opening and closing.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous luxury retail, service, or hospitality experience is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, regularly bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
