Boutique Assistant

Summary

The Boutique Assistant welcomes clients and supports the boutique team in delivering an exceptional client experience. The role assists sales staff and contributes to daily inventory, operational, and visual merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, provide beverage service, and support the sales team with product running, gift wrapping, and client service.
• Assist with inventory checks, merchandise handling, replenishment, supply ordering, and product preparation for shipment.
• Support boutique opening and closing, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and compliance with operational and security procedures.
• Develop knowledge of the brand and products and support accurate sales and service documentation.

Requirements

• College degree preferred; luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and stand throughout the day.
• Basic computer skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
