Overview
Our client is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support a luxury watch and jewelry boutique in Miami. This full-time, on-site role is focused on delivering a refined guest experience through front-of-house hospitality, appointment support, and consistent boutique upkeep. Working closely with the client experience and sales teams, this person will help ensure every client visit feels seamless, polished, and thoughtfully executed.
Responsibilities
Welcome clients upon arrival and serve as a polished first point of contact in the boutique.
Support appointment flow by assisting with booking, confirming, and coordinating client visits.
Partner with the client experience and sales teams to maintain a smooth balance of scheduled appointments and walk-in traffic.
Provide in-boutique hospitality during client visits, including offering and refreshing beverages and attending to hosting needs with discretion.
Prepare client-facing spaces before appointments, ensuring seating areas, refreshments, and presentation details are fully set.
Support Client Advisors during appointments with product retrieval, hospitality service, and other details that allow the team to stay focused on the client experience.
Reset and clean hosting areas promptly after each appointment, including clearing glasses, trays, napkins, and other service items.
Maintain the VIP room and all client-facing spaces in pristine condition throughout the day.
Restock refrigerators, beverages, snacks, and hospitality supplies, and monitor inventory to ensure nothing runs low during client visits.
Place or coordinate replenishment orders for hospitality items as needed.
Keep back-of-house areas organized, clean, and properly maintained.
Perform light ongoing cleaning of hosting areas, display cases, and common spaces to uphold the boutique environment.
Support private events and after-hours activations by assisting with setup, guest care, ongoing reset, and breakdown.
Learn the preferences of returning and VIP clients over time, including beverage choices, seating preferences, and other relevant details, and share observations with the team when appropriate.
Requirements
Prior experience in luxury hospitality is required, such as high-end restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or similar environments.
Luxury retail experience is helpful but not required.
Warm, polished, and professional presence with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Strong discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to read the room in a quiet, refined setting.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs with minimal direction.
Excellent attention to detail and a consistent commitment to presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
Calm, composed demeanor and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a gracious and service-oriented approach.
Availability to work boutique hours, including weekends, as well as private events and after-hours activations.
Ability and willingness to stand and move throughout the workday.
Based in or able to commute to Miami for a full-time, on-site position.
