Summary
The Boutique Assistant supports an exceptional, hospitality-focused client experience at the Cartier boutique. The role helps create a welcoming environment, supports client appointments and boutique operations, and contributes to memorable service that builds lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and support front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including appointment preparation, product presentation, gift wrapping, and sales support.
- Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and the queue while maintaining a warm and professional environment.
- Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, support client requests, and assist with phone calls and appointment setting.
- Support boutique opening and closing, stock maintenance for non-sellable items, security procedures, visual standards, and special projects.
- Collaborate with boutique management and sales associates to deliver consistent, personalized client service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, collaborative approach, curiosity, and a strong commitment to client service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend or kneel, climb stairs, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
