Boutique Assistant - Topanga

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports the client experience strategy and helps deliver exceptional hospitality in a luxury boutique. This temporary role assists with front-of-house and back-of-house activities while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare appointments, assist with client entertainment and product presentation, support sales finalization, and manage boutique traffic and appointments.
• Maintain hospitality and client service areas, replenish supplies, organize storage, and support visual standards.
• Assist with phone inquiries, appointment setting, quick service requests, boutique opening and closing, and non-sellable stock maintenance.
• Follow security and operational procedures and contribute to a collaborative boutique environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office experience are required; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal communication, client service, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for training as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend and kneel frequently, and lift or move items up to approximately 45 pounds.
