Boutique Assistant

As a Boutique Assistant in Costa Mesa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations. Your proactive and adaptable nature will help you thrive in a dynamic retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and assisting with daily boutique maintenance and operations.
• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies and participate in boutique opening and closing procedures.
• Manage morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling, ensuring proper backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks, maintaining a strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties, upholding Van Cleef & Arpels' image and Service Charter.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in computer skills.
• Excellent communication and verbal abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
