Boutique Assistant

As a Boutique Assistant in San Diego, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Sales Associates to deliver an outstanding client experience in a dynamic retail environment.

• Deliver exceptional client experience by supporting Sales Associates and maintaining daily boutique operations.
• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies and ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
• Manage proper handling of morning jewelry set up and evening jewelry pulling, as well as backstock maintenance.
• Accurately backfill POS stations and desks.
• Maintain strong partnership with Management and Boutique Administrators to ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition.
• Greet clients and assist with Reception duties.
• Respect all protocols defined by Management and Corporate regarding the client experience.
• Uphold Van Cleef & Arpels image by maintaining a professional demeanor and following the Service Charter.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and adept at multitasking.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial.
• Proactive and adaptable individual capable of thriving in a dynamic retail environment.
