Boutique Assistant

Summary

Supports boutique operations and Sales Associates while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. Maintains the selling floor, jewelry, and reception area in a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling floor supplies and prepare the boutique for opening and closing.
• Handle jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill point-of-sale stations and desks, and help keep merchandise in proper condition.
• Greet clients, assist with reception, and follow boutique protocols and service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
