Boutique Assistant - Yorkdale

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports the luxury boutique client experience through hospitality, appointment preparation, client services, and daily boutique operations. This temporary role partners with boutique management and sales associates to create a welcoming, seamless environment and uphold Cartier standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, prepare appointments, support product presentation, sales finalization, gift wrapping, and hospitality services.
• Manage boutique traffic, appointment bookings, phone inquiries, and quick client service requests.
• Maintain visual standards, organize and replenish sales and hospitality areas, and support opening and closing activities.
• Follow security and operational procedures and collaborate with boutique staff on client experience and special projects.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Availability for retail hours, including weekends, and ability to meet physical demands including prolonged standing and lifting up to approximately 45 pounds.
