The Boutique Beauty Consultant represents the brand and delivers exceptional client experiences through in store and remote selling, achieving sales and client development targets while upholding brand standards and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in store and remote selling activities acting as a personal shopper
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers across makeup fragrance and skincare
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs weekly and monthly
- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships through clienteling and outreach
- Use Dior tools and POS systems to register client data and drive traffic
- Support merchandising guidelines inventory management and cash register operations
- Perform operational and administrative tasks and assist with daily revenue closing
- Maintain an esthetically pristine boutique environment and follow grooming standards
- Attend training programs and seasonal schools
Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail experience preferably in luxury retail
- Proven track record in achieving retail sales and profitability
- Experience selling makeup fragrance and skincare in a luxury environment preferred
- Digital savvy and comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work weekends holidays and evenings
- Frequent handling lifting and moving of merchandise safely
- Spanish or Mandarin language skills highly preferred
