Responsibilities- Conduct in-store and remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper.
- Sell Dior products by meeting clients' needs and providing memorable experiences through high standards of service.
- Display Dior hospitality, initiate contact with customers, and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including makeup, fragrance, and skincare.
- Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Develop enduring relationships with existing clients in-store and remotely.
- Engage new clients to the brand through genuine interactions.
- Maintain an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
- Operate cash registers and assist in closing daily revenues.
- Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
Requirements- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record in achieving retail results in sales and profitability.
- Experience in selling makeup, fragrance, and skincare, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Digital savvy and comfortable with operational POS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Client tracking systems, and Point of Sales (POS).
- Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
