Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Coordinator supports the daily operation of a luxury jewelry boutique and helps deliver a refined client experience. The role coordinates appointments, inventory, client services, administrative tasks, and boutique events.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and support Sales Advisors with appointments, jewelry presentations, and VIP experiences.
  • Coordinate boutique appointments, deliveries, repairs, orders, and service requests.
  • Receive and ship inventory, conduct cycle counts and inventories, and maintain organized stockrooms and presentation areas.
  • Manage boutique supplies, reports, schedules, sales documentation, and support for the Boutique Director.
  • Assist with events, private viewings, high jewelry showcases, security schedules, and boutique opening and closing.

Requirements

  • Two to four years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, or hospitality in a client-centric role.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with discretion and a polished presence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with luxury retail systems; ERP and CRM experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of luxury client expectations and white-glove service standards.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays; additional language fluency is a plus.
