Summary
The Boutique Director leads and develops a Givenchy boutique team to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional personalized client experiences. This role drives client development, community relationships, and a culture of service excellence both in store and through omnichannel initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to achieve sales plan and profitability targets.
- Drive client development and lifetime loyalty through personalized service and outreach.
- Manage sales floor presence and coach team on the selling ceremony and customer experience.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet or exceed monthly and annual goals.
- Hire talent and develop action plans for recognition, reward, and career growth.
- Develop community relationships with hotels and associations to drive results.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance client experiences.
- Take action on client feedback to improve service and retention.
Requirements
- 5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools.
- Proven history of relationship development within the community to generate revenue.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
