Summary

The Boutique Director leads the Aspen boutique's sales, client experience, operations, and team development. The role is responsible for achieving sales goals while strengthening the Buccellati brand and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals and develop strategies to grow boutique visibility and business.
• Deliver exceptional client service, attract new clients, and strengthen existing relationships through events and partnerships.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory, shipping, receiving, and boutique compliance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members; set performance goals and provide regular feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of management experience.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience and a strong understanding of the luxury client experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills, including SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
