Summary
Lead and represent the boutique as the ultimate brand ambassador, build and develop an exceptional team, drive boutique performance, and ensure elevated client service and operational standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback and teamwork.
- Act as a leader of leaders by developing boutique leadership and empowering managers.
- Develop and achieve business goals partnering with team and Home Office to increase sales.
- Continuously improve performance using key performance indicators and lessons learned.
- Represent the brand in the market through community involvement and partnerships.
- Oversee boutique image and operational standards to deliver business results.
- Manage scheduling including late nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet boutique needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong people leadership and development skills.
- Excellent communication skills and passion for client experience.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Comfort working in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and managing multiple projects.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain flexible schedule.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
