Summary
The Boutique Director leads the Oakridge boutique to deliver exceptional client and brand experiences across Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance and Beauty. This permanent full-time leadership role is responsible for business performance, operational excellence, team development, inventory accuracy, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead boutique financial strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee daily operations including workflow management, scheduling, and floor zoning.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards in visual merchandising and client experience.
- Manage inventory processes to maintain accuracy and align with sales objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship.
- Foster cross-divisional collaboration across Fashion, Watches and Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance and Beauty.
- Curate stock assortments tailored to local clientele and contribute to budgeting.
- Represent the boutique as a leader in client engagement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in luxury retail management.
- Proven strategic and operational leadership in luxury retail settings.
- Strong team development and people management skills.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Excel, and HRIS platforms.
- Fluent in English; additional languages an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with operational detail.
