Boutique Director

As a Boutique Director at Cartier in Troy, you will lead and elevate the team to provide exceptional client experiences, achieving or exceeding sales goals. You will inspire your team to cultivate ongoing, trusting relationships with clients, driving the Cartier legacy forward.

• Contribute to boutique growth by implementing growth strategy plans and developing sustainable business strategies.
• Drive sales and care service teams to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Build high-performing teams through strategic talent evaluations and planning.
• Lead the boutique client development vision and sustain exceptional client relationships.
• Strategize with corporate departments to communicate key messages and business opportunities.
• Ensure continuous operational improvements and adapt the boutique business model to client journeys.
• Act as a Maison ambassador and uphold boutique image.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience, especially in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience in leading leaders and managing direct reports.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, with overnight travel as needed.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
