Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Director leads the San Francisco boutique, building and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and exceed business targets. This role emphasizes people leadership, coaching boutique leaders, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop boutique leadership and staff to deliver an elevated client experience
  • Develop and achieve business goals, partnering with the boutique team and Home Office on strategic initiatives to increase sales
  • Empower leaders to manage direct reports and assigned business responsibilities
  • Represent the brand in the market and grow the client base through community partnerships and events
  • Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld and drive continuous improvement using KPIs
  • Manage scheduling and boutique operations, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • In-store presence required to manage boutique operations and team development
