Summary

The Boutique Director leads the boutique as its senior leader and brand ambassador. This role develops an exceptional team, delivers elevated client service, and drives performance against business targets.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Develop boutique leaders and foster feedback, inclusion, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Partner with the boutique team and Home Office to set and achieve business goals and increase sales.
• Use key performance indicators to improve business results and represent the brand in the local market through community involvement, partnerships, and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for client experience and team development.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule that may include late nights, weekends, and holidays.
