Summary

The Boutique Director leads the boutique team and serves as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client service and achieving business goals. This role develops leaders, builds a collaborative team culture, and grows the client base through local partnerships and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Develop boutique leaders and foster feedback, teamwork, inclusion, and mutual respect.
• Set and achieve business goals with the boutique team and Home Office, using performance indicators to guide improvements.
• Build the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and events.
• Maintain boutique image and operational standards through an in-store presence.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong people leadership, communication, collaboration, and client experience skills.
• Passion for CHANEL, its history, products, and cultural initiatives; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
