Boutique Director - Fashion Island

Summary

The Boutique Director is the leader and brand ambassador for the boutique, responsible for building and developing an exceptional team, delivering elevated client service, and exceeding defined performance targets. They coach and mentor boutique leadership, drive sales through strategic initiatives and community partnerships, and ensure operational and image standards are upheld. This role requires a strong focus on people development, client experience, and in-store leadership with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive working environment and a culture of feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
• Act as a leader of leaders, developing boutique management and empowering teams to manage business responsibilities.
• Develop and achieve business goals partnering with the boutique team and corporate partners to increase sales.
• Represent the boutique in the market and grow the client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events.
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and KPIs are maintained and continuously improved.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven people leadership and development skills with excellent communication.
• Passion for luxury client service and relationship building; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
