Boutique Director - Hawaii

As a Boutique Director in Hawaii, you will lead the Hublot Boutique in Honolulu, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the highest level of customer service. You will manage the team, focusing on networking, clienteling, and maintaining the integrity of the brand according to Hublot standards.

• Train and support the sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
• Establish individual and collective goals for the team.
• Analyze reports and data to develop innovative sales strategies.
• Ensure brand integrity and daily display standards.
• Provide leadership in customer service and manage VIP clients.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and propose customer service strategies.
• Manage boutique operations, including inventory, logistics, and budget.
• Collaborate with marketing on event planning and local advertising strategies.
• Recruit, onboard, and train the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of retail experience, with a focus on luxury.
• 4+ years of managerial experience in a retail setting.
• Experience in the US or Canada retail market required.
• Previous experience in the watch industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of POS systems.
