Boutique Director - Miami Design

Summary

Lead and represent the boutique as the ultimate brand ambassador, building and developing an exceptional team to deliver elevated client service and exceed performance targets. Drive business goals through coaching, leadership development, community engagement, and strategic collaboration with the Home Office.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience
• Foster a positive working environment and culture of feedback
• Develop boutique leadership and empower team members to manage direct reports
• Develop and achieve business goals with boutique team and Home Office
• Continuously improve performance through KPI analysis and lessons learned
• Represent the brand in the market through community involvement and partnerships
• Plan and execute social and seasonal events to develop the client base
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Excellent communication skills and client experience focus
• Proven people leadership and development skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
