Summary
The Boutique Director leads and develops the boutique team to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional personalized client experiences. This role builds community relationships, drives client loyalty and ensures Givenchy brand standards are upheld across store operations and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to achieve sales plans and store objectives.
- Drive client development and deepen relationships to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
- Actively sell on the floor and manage key client relationships personally.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet monthly quarterly and annual targets.
- Hire and develop talent and create clear growth paths for team members.
- Coach the team on the selling ceremony and ensure customer experience standards are maintained.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Partner with local businesses hotels and associations to develop community relationships and CSR opportunities.
- Respond to client feedback to improve service and store operations.
Requirements
- 5-10 years retail hospitality or cross-industry experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and video-telephony technology such as ZOOM.
- Proven history of relationship development within the community to generate revenue.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients teams and operations diplomatically.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
