Summary
Lead and develop a boutique team to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional personalized client experiences in the Miami Design District. Act as a local ambassador to build relationships with clients and community partners and drive store performance through coaching, hiring, and operational oversight.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales to achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets.
- Deepen client relationships to increase lifetime loyalty and spend.
- Lead by example on the sales floor managing key client relationships personally.
- Coach mentor and develop boutique team members and managers.
- Hire talent and create clear growth paths and recognition programs.
- Implement client development activities and selling ceremonies on the floor.
- Optimize store hospitality amenities and execute unique client experiences.
- Identify business opportunities and take action to improve customer service based on feedback.
- Build partnerships with local businesses hotels and community associations to drive results.
Requirements
- 5 years retail hospitality or cross industry experience.
- 5 years management experience.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal written and listening communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and advanced Microsoft Office Outlook and video telephony skills.
- Proven ability to develop community relationships and networks to generate revenue.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients teams and operations.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
