Boutique Director - The Gardens Mall

Summary

The Boutique Director leads the TAG Heuer and Omega boutique at The Gardens Mall, responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving the boutique's commercial objectives. This role plans and executes the boutique business plan, manages budgets and controls, and drives KPI performance through coaching and development of a high-performing team. The director will continuously review and improve operating processes to ensure a streamlined, client-oriented business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a role model for the team
• Plan and execute the boutique business plan to achieve sales and profit targets
• Manage budgets, discounts, and operating costs to meet financial objectives
• Lead, coach, mentor, and performance-manage boutique colleagues to meet KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure adherence to company standards
• Oversee transactional procedures including till management and daily operations
• Organize and run floor training, meetings, and VM changes as required
• Represent the boutique at internal and external meetings and travel for business as needed

Requirements

• Considerable retail management experience, ideally within a luxury environment
• Proven track record of sales achievement and performance delivery against targets
• Jewelry or timepiece product knowledge
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and manage budgets
• Strong numerical skills with ability to analyse sales performance
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• IT literate with experience of CRM and networking
• Ability to work occasionally long hours and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods or lifting packages
