Summary
Lead and manage a high jewelry boutique to drive sales growth, develop the sales team, and ensure exceptional service and brand integrity. The role reports to the Regional Retail Director and requires extensive travel and flexible hours to support events and market activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and achieve sales targets and execute the store action plan focused on strategic and financial objectives
- Maintain and enhance the boutique image and customer experience in the market
- Identify talent, define career paths, and supervise boutique team members
- Generate new clients and implement innovative business initiatives to grow net sales
- Represent the brand at meetings, events, and functions in the U.S. and abroad
- Manage inventory and model stock in coordination with Supply Chain
- Plan and execute product launches, events, and market visibility activities
- Set performance goals for store personnel and provide reporting to senior management
- Attend international retail and high jewelry events with senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, Master’s in business preferred
- Multi-Unit or High-Volume experience, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality
- Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Fluency in French or Mandarin is a valuable asset
