Boutique Director

As a Boutique Director in Houston, you will be responsible for the successful management and enhancement of the boutique, focusing on developing sales, growing the sales team, and maintaining a high quality of service. You will report to the Regional Retail Director and work closely with the Senior Vice President, Retail and Regional Director to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

• Project and produce sales as defined in the store action plan.
• Enhance quality and maintain the integrity of the brand image in the market.
• Identify success profiles and talent planning for career advancement.
• Generate new clients and develop innovative business ideas.
• Represent the brand at meetings, events, and functions both in the U.S. and abroad.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain Department.
• Initiate activities for new product launches and events to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist in developing store personnel's performance goals and provide customer service to support sales growth.
• Attend international functions and conferences with senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
• Multi-Unit or High-Volume Experience in Luxury Retail or Hospitality.
• Strong computer skills in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Fluency in French or Mandarin is a valuable asset.
