Boutique Director

Summary

The Boutique Director is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience while achieving boutique performance objectives and maintaining budgets and controls. This role leads and develops a high performing team, implements operating processes and visual standards, and represents the brand internally and externally. The Director will identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and role model exceptional client service for all customers
• Plan and execute the boutique business plan to meet KPIs and profit targets
• Manage discounts costs and ensure operating budgets are maintained
• Performance manage colleagues providing feedback coaching and development
• Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to brand standards
• Manage transactional procedures including till operations
• Organize daily and weekly tasks delegate and participate in routine work
• Run and participate in floor training meetings and implement VM changes
• Undertake business related travel as required

Requirements

• Considerable retail management experience ideally in a luxury environment
• Proven track record of sales achievement and performance delivery
• Knowledge of jewelry products and retail processes
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets
• Strong numerical skills and ability to analyse sales performance
• Experience leading mentoring and coaching high performing teams
• IT literate with experience of CRM and networking
