The Boutique Facilitator supports boutique operations and sales associates while helping maximize client-facing time. This in-store role delivers exceptional service and assists across the boutique as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing sales and service support.
• Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and help open and close registers.
• Handle cash and deposits, answer phone calls, and resolve client issues promptly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for client experience, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.
