Boutique Facilitator

As a Boutique Facilitator at CHANEL in Dallas, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique by providing exceptional service and support to both clients and sales associates. You will be a key contributor to the boutique's success, assisting in various functions to maximize client-facing time and enhance the overall client experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with CHANEL’s service standards, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
• Support the Operations team with inventory management, including incoming and outgoing shipments, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
• Support the opening and closing of registers and handle cash and deposits.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
