Boutique Facilitator

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and operational support within the boutique. Act as a multi functional generalist assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client facing time and ensure efficient boutique functioning. Support inventory, shipments, cash handling, and administrative tasks while embodying the brand and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting activities
• Provide sales and service support as a brand ambassador
• Assist operations with incoming and outgoing shipments
• Support inventory cycle counts and re ticketing
• Assist fashion advisors with packaging
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Perform general administrative responsibilities to support boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work late nights weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Team oriented with passion for client experience
• Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally
