Boutique Facilitator

Summary

Provide high standards of client service and operational support within the boutique. Act as a multi functional generalist assisting sales associates and operations to maximize client facing time and ensure smooth boutique activities including shipments, inventory, and register operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients and support hosting activities
• Provide sales and service support as a brand ambassador
• Maintain incoming and outgoing shipment processes
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and daily re ticketing
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging and client deliveries
• Open and close registers and assist with cash handling and deposits
• Answer phone calls and resolve client issues professionally
• Perform general administrative tasks to support boutique operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
• Flexible availability including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Strong communication and collaborative team skills
• Passion for client experience and brand knowledge
• Willingness to learn and grow within boutique functions
