Boutique Facilitator

As a Boutique Facilitator at Neiman Marcus Houston, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales associates to maximize client-facing time. This role requires a passion for service and a commitment to the success of the boutique.

• Deliver exceptional customer service based on CHANEL’s service mantra, including welcoming and greeting all clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing continuous sales and service support.
• Support the Operations team with inventory management and shipment processes.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and client transactions.
• Support the opening and closing of registers and handle cash and deposits.
• Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and resolving client issues promptly.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
