Summary

The Boutique Facilitator is a multifunctional support role that helps boutique operations run smoothly and maximizes client-facing time for sales associates. The role supports exceptional client service and assists across boutique activities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and host clients while providing sales and service support.
• Support incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory cycle counts, and daily re-ticketing.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging and support register opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and address client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Passion for client experience and interest in learning about the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
