Summary

The Boutique Facilitator supports boutique operations and helps the sales team maximize client-facing time. This multifaceted role contributes to an exceptional client experience through service, sales support, and operational assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients, provide service support, and assist with hosting.
• Support shipments, inventory counts, re-ticketing, and product packaging.
• Assist with register opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for client experience and interest in the brand, its history, and products.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
