Job Description

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator Host greets clients, manages boutique traffic and wait times, and supports the client journey to ensure a seamless in-boutique experience. This role assists team members across boutique functions, facilitates opening and closing tasks, and helps with inventory receiving and product shipping. The position requires flexible availability including nights weekends and some holidays and in-store presence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and manage flow of traffic into the boutique
  • Share relevant health and safety information with clients
  • Manage client wait times and appointments using boutique tools and processes
  • Answer client questions and facilitate a seamless bridging experience during wait times
  • Communicate realistic expectations about wait times and in-boutique experience
  • Support other boutique team members to maximize client facing time
  • Facilitate opening and closing of the boutique and heart of house duties
  • Receive inventory and assist with shipping product to support sales

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer focused demeanor
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Flexible schedule availability including late nights weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow professionally
